Sanidei is a real estate investment company founded in 1994 and specialized in construction and development of residential and office buildings. Our services include interior design, project development, property management, as well as administrative and legal procedures involved with buying and selling commercial and residential properties. Our business tailored to provide our clients and partners with appropriate real estate solutions and expertise in residential, office, hotel and mixed-use development plans.

Sanidei team is comprised of individuals with more than 20 years of industry experience. Our Portfolio
Sanidei portfolio includes residential and office buildings in Vracar municipality, as well as Senjak and Dedinje neighbourhoods. Other projects include a 10.000 square meter hotel and condominium complex in Zlatibor, named “Zlatibor 1000”, which has won awards and praise for its design. Outside of Serbia, Sanidei has ventured into construction of 8 luxurious villas on the coast of Montenegro, in an exclusive community of Skocidjevojka.
