Sanidei portfolio includes residential and office buildings in Vracar municipality, as well as Senjak and Dedinje neighbourhoods. Other projects include a 10.000 square meter hotel and condominium complex in Zlatibor, named “Zlatibor 1000”, which has won awards and praise for its design. Outside of Serbia, Sanidei has ventured into construction of 8 luxurious villas on the coast of Montenegro, in an exclusive community of Skocidjevojka.
